The GateHouse Counseling Services was founded on the idea that healthy individuals make healthy families and healthy communities. Joyce uses a variety of evidenced based practices that are person-centered and solution focused. Individuals are encouraged to change unhealthy patterns of thinking, behaving and emotional expression that diminishes their quality of life. My overarching goal is to educate and assist clients with developing effective coping skills to manage whatever issue that they may encounter.
