Be prepared to briefly described your immediate concerns and desired outcome for therapy. You will receive an intake packet that includes demographic information, patient rights and responsibilities, consent for services and insurance information.  Bring all forms with you to your first session.  

The GateHouse accepts MD CareFirst BC/BS, Aetna, Cigna and Medicaid insurance plans. There is also a self-pay option for those who desire.
