Provider Referrals

The GateHouse counseling services are available for children ages 5-12 years old, adolescents and adults who are diagnosed with a mental illness or substance abuse disorder.  If you are a provider wanting to refer someone for services or consult on a patient matter, please contact Joyce at 301.848.8086 or Joyce.King@fourkingsmanor.org.
